I am a keen diver and interested in anything regarding sea exploration. I have viewed various sites and You Tube as to constructing an ROV. This was intensified last year due to a Guinness World Record Challenge I was attempting. To allow a support crew the eyes to ensure all was well. The attempt(an Endurance dive in cold water) is to be staged again on the 1st June 2013.
I wish to pass on an open invitation to any ROV enthusiast who would wish to show case their project at the event at Lochaline Scotland. I have an underwater camera with cable which will cover the Guinness requirements but would look to anyone interested the opportunity to act as a witness to the event. I will be sitting on a sub surface buoyant stage about 6m below the surface in 15-20m of water. The stage will be within 5m of a pontoon hammer head if not directly below the pontoon.
