The two places that I buy tools are Harbor Freight, and Northern Tool. Both companies have stores in my city. But they also have websites. They are not top shelf tools. But good for things that are not used that often. Or things like hammers and such that it doesn't matter much about quality. Sometimes you get winners, other times it is total crap... But it is a cheap way to get your hands on new tools!

I like harbor freight because I found a color night vision camera with 80 feet of phone cable for video/audio/power for 29.99! It was a better price than I could find anywhere else.

Cheap tools are the ones you only have to buy once.
