latching relay

I understand I need a latching relay to run my lights off of my rc receiver, but there is apparently more than one kind.
One coil, two coil, etc.
Anybody know which I should use?

i dont have a answer for you regarding latching relay, but i can give you a couple of other tips to control lights via rc controller:
1. RC operated switch:

I like the look of that rc switch. Seems just right for what I'm doing.
