Waterproof Camera Bags

Hello,
When building my ROV the most difficult section is making a water-tight container to house the camera. Whilst looking around I found these "Waterproof Camera Bags" which are basicly a see-through bag which seals at the top.

Has any got any experience with these and do you think they would work just as well as building a purpose made structure?

If you just use a bag over the camera the camera structure will be exposed to a great amount of pressure from the pillar of water above the camera. I lack experience but I think that this comes down to common sense. I don't belive that the camera housing could hold up in deapths deeper than 20 ft. And I cant see why a bag would be easier to seal if you're going to run a teather up to the surface. The problem remains.
