MATE Navigator rov

This is the winning Navigator class rov for the Northern Gulf Coast region.
It was built by a ream of students from Santa Rosa Christian School in Milton, Florida.
It got a perfect score in the mission portion of the competition and eight bonus points for finishing early.
In total, it finished more than 30 points ahead of the second place winner.
It features a rc transmitter, rmilec converter, and esc control system and a rear-mounted retrieval tool to keep the weight of whatever is being retrieved under the center of vertical thrust.
It performed very well an the kids are wanting to advance to ranger class for next year.

They used 1.5 inch aluminum spacer tubes drilled and tapped for set screws on the motor end and internally tapped on the prop end so screws can pass through the prop and into the adapter.
