Perfect Camera Selector Switch (Arduino)

Post by KR2_Diving »

Hello All,
Today I was playing with my new Arduino Powered Camera Selector Switch.

BEST FIND so far for my ROV!

I found this camera selector switch called the RCCC v2 on this site.

This thing is PERFECT for ROV designs with up to 3 cameras on board!

Here is the list of features:
RC Camera Control (RCCC) has following features:
  • -3 channel RC Video Switch (Regular 3 pin servo connector style headers with middle pins interconnected for power distribution)
-Two LED switch outputs (Strobe and Headlight)
-RC Camera shutter control (DSLR and GoPro modes, shutter timer with programmable delay)
    -LiPo battery low voltage alarm
-Channel mirroring (connect pan/tilt servos directly to RCCC when sum PPM used to reduce wiring to RC receiver)
-Sum PPM or 3 PWM input from RC receiver (Video source, LED Switch, Shutter) (Works great with ARDUINO SERVO.h Library!
    -Size: 25mm x 40mm (including connectors)
Its a tiny package that packs a HUGE punch!

I have a complete writeup on my project feed, including Arduino code.
