my relay is keep burning

Other than control. (Navigation, Sonar, Ect.)

You might want to connect an Amperemeter to measure the current.

it's 5 A and relay can handle to 60 A

Suggested area to investigate further:

A remaining question from a previous post by Rossrov is what type of motor are you using?

Have you tried a completely different model of motor in your circuit?

If your circuit is OK and your relay specification correct then I wondered whether the burning out of the relay could be due to the type of motor you are using? E.g that the motor is producing a large back emf.
Back emf can produce very high voltages and with the current you are using may burn out relay contacts.

Are you sure the relay is rated for 60A? That is a big relay. Do you have a part number of the relay?
