Hello! I'm creating my first ROV now. I've started buying the wet-frame parts. Electronics and the WTC (WaterTightCompartment).
My plan is a 40x40cm squared rov using 32mm tubes for wet frame.
As you can see i have 6 thrusters and a white sheet of paper. The paper sheet is the size of the otterbox i ordered. (3250). The thruster will be in a diamond shape so i can use two trusters to go forward, backward, sidewards, fast and slow turn. The 2 remaining in the back will be wired into the frame where there is a lot of holes under to thrust it up (i dont know if this is a good idea). The tubes will go into the center of the bottom frame and it will thrust inside the frame then the thrust will go out the holes under it.
The other thruster is for the top part of the frame. (They are seperated so the bottom wont send power up.). Lots of holes in the top and pressure inside and i think it will go calm down.
Tips ideas? I'll update this post with my every move!
