Would this work ?

Post by Citrushund »

Hi
Atm i have 6 bilge pumps who was intended to be used as thrusters, but im starting to look for a better (prettier) solution.

Do you think these would work out ? is 3000 kv enough ?
What ESC should i use ?

I believe you actually want a low KV number, like 750 KV. If you run 3000 KV motors at twelve volts, that will be 36,000 RPM, which is high for use in water.

The bigger the propellar the smaller rpm but moore torque.
And less dirt from the bottom start moving around.
Look at the proffesional ones.being used in finding bodies underwater.big propellar and low rpm
