So I've read my way through most of this board and there is a lot of great info and ideas on here.
I have seen the dx6 tx mentioned on here before and as I have one already I was gong to try to use it for my rov.
I know it has a trainer port on the back that is used to link to another tx for instructor type override.
My question is does it also function as a dsc? Can I make a cable to link it directly with a rx or am I stuck with linking my tether to my antenna?
Thanks
Steve

Re: Spektrum dx6i
Hi Steve, If you can find info for the pinouts on the trainer port of the dx6i your good to go. Check the FPV forums for this information as a lot of FPV flyers require the ppm output from thier radios to drive thier UHF long range systems. My JR radio is easy to grab the ppm from and I use the same radio for both my ROV and my UHF system. I can almost promise a FPV RC guy with your model radio can give you this info. Hope this helps.
