In case any of you may be interested we did a few camera and light designs for underwater applications

deepest dive was 1200Mtr, basic design is good for 500Mtr

The housing is a aluminium extruded tube thus the concentric properties is very tight and machining kept to a absolute minimum this keeps the cost down, end caps are Acetyl and double radial o-rings using a vitron 70 ring

the lens is cast acrylic and custom machined at our workshop
