Anyone have experience with vacuum forming?

After a considerable fault in my first ROV, I went back to the drawing board. Anyone have experience vacuum forming a ROV part, and if so, how did it hold up?

Hi ltdcruze, What failed with your ROV? Exactly what part are you thinking about vaccum forming? What material? PolyCarbonate, Acrylic, ABS, PVC? Post some more details on what happened ans what your thinking about building and maybe someone on here can help or offer alternative choices.

I have vacuum formed before.. but never for ROV. I dont imagine it would hold up the pressure, depending on what it is you are making i guess...
