I have been building my ROV this winter and have finaly made the first dive in the sea on the Swedish west coast.

Looks Like you had a lot of fun. I can hardly wait to have all my parts and pieces collected for my build.

It still need some tuning. You should see not only the depth meter, but the compass as well. But when the ROV comes in the water things looks to get closer and gets out of the picture.
Second thing is when going forward the ROV tends to go to the left.
