How big do you want to go? I would definitely use PVC for the frame...

PVC is for our budgets the best solutionI use 8-13 mm pipes with caps.. 60 Bar approved.. plexi windows with cap shape flanges made from stainless 5mm.. (My dad wants me to run on mines  since the budged is tripled and the next bill 18 magnetic couplings is on the way ...800$) better I serve him that with a coffie and a huge breakfast)

I'm new two, did a lot of researching on the web, found this place and have found more information here than anyweres else. Started my frame yesterday, using 1/2 pvc for the main frame and 2" pvc for my two ballast tanks. Best bet is check out all the designs on this sight, then sit down with paper and pencil and start drawing. I wipped up a couple different designs then chose the best one i liked. good luck tim
