Hello,
Made the rash decision that i wanted to build an ROV. My wife rolled her eyes, but is largely supportive.
glad this place exists, because for a complete noob, its a daunting project!

It is an ambitious project, but not impossible, in the forum you will find a lot of help near how to make an ROV.
