does anyone have experience with ZMR bidirectional ESC's?

Post by RAM »

Hi guys,

I am new here in the forum and have also immediately my first question to you.
Does anyone have experience with these china ZMR ESC`s? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000235 ... web201603_

I got the 30A models for a ROV project, the problem with the ESC's is that these have a very hard brake in one direction of rotation. Does anyone know how to disable this brake?

Thank you very much for your help,

Greetings,

Martin

No clue to the exact ESC specs, it seems that most ESC have a similar settings pattern if you connect a programming card. The amount of brake is one of them.

Hello,

I also think that you can program the brake with a programming card, but unfortunately I can not find a programming card for these ESC's :(.

Maybe the seller can provide a link to documentation of a program card? I saw a Q&A section on the article page.

Hi,

yes, I have already asked about deactivating the brake, but unfortunately I have not yet received an answer...
