The underwater propulsion doesn't exactly look smooth but cool concept, now we only need to get rid of the tether

Oooh tetherless, how did they pull that off? Are regular radio waves capable reaching that dept, perhaps if you use low frequency?

Ok, that is a pretty cool device.
I have made and use both quadcopters and ROV's,but never saw one that did both. This could be a moneymaker.
