So this is mostly just for fun. But who knows, maybe it's not a bad idea?
I made a bigger thruster, but still using the same motor as on my previous 3d printed thruster.
The inner diameter of my previous thruster was 67mm. on this one its 110. So it's quite a bit larger.
It is ready for the testbench now. Just need to build the test bench
Does size matter?

Re: Does size matter?
I'm looking forward to the test results
Re: Does size matter?
Comparison between the first "printprop" and the new, large one.
First test.. not so promising.
All done on 15V Compared to the first and smaller version this is much worse.
HERE
I will give it one more try with reduced pitch and different shape of the blades maybe.
But I doubt it will help much. If it's does not show any promise I am back to the first version but with some improvements.
I might be wasting my time here, but at least I'm having fun
