Reccomendations (Camera)

Hello there,
Hi. I am competeing in the MATE ROV competition with my shop/team. We are looking for a good camera that would allow us to see everything that is needed to be seen and what not. We are looking for a camera that is sorta cheap cause we are working off a school budget. We would like if the camera came with the monitor too but that is not nessarily needed
Suggestions of places that we could get the Camera at or web pages that we could look at for a good idea of where to get the camra would be greatly appreciated.

Slightly late, and you probably have already finished the contest but to those who are also looking, you can get cheap bird watching cameras for about £10 that use an external power source and an RCA cable to connect to any standard TV. I am using a mini monitor to allow for remote use which I modified to run on a battery.
