There are a ton of different CAD programs out there these days such as Solidworks, Onshape, Fusion360, Bender, ect. If your just getting started in CAD I would suggest Fusion360. It's free and there are a lot of tutorials on Youtube that will help you get started.

If you choose Fusion 360, check out Product Design Online on YouTube by Kevin Kennedy. He has 30 project tutorials, starting with a basic Lego block and working up from there. He's also doing tutorials on every function in Fusion 360. They're perfect for beginners. I've learned tons from them.
