Looking for a good camera

Hello!

We are building a ROV and we are looking for a decent camera that can capture video stream deep in the dark water. We want the video quality to be as good as in these videos: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0FVb3fLVI6Q and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49PYiPV4XZA
Requirements for the camera are:
Good FPS, because we don't want to watch a slideshow.
Good illumination sensitivity in dark water
It must be a color camera, but the colors don't have to be that good
Resolutions at least 640x480 (recommended 800x600)

Could you recommend us some cameras, and where to buy them (websites). Could we get a camera with these stats for 100$?

Will you monitor your video via laptop? The easiest solution is digital camera with standard AV output + 2 video baluns + easycap. That's my solution with video transmition over 300m.
