Guys, i need to rov about 10 amps. I would like the whole thing was supplied 50m cable. I do not know how to fund my rov.

You can use an on board battery instead of a battery on land. I have two 5000mAh LiPo batteries in my ROV. Then you can have a much thinner tether.

Do you need 10A total or per motor? What voltage do you need for the motors? I assume it's 10A total but I hate to make assumptions. You will get a large voltage drop if you are running 10A through a pair of wires unless you use a heavy gauge wire which is more weight. On-board batteries would be much better especially with a 50m tether your tether will be smaller and lighter.
