How would one go about powering 9 motors, 2 cameras?

I am making a large ROV for my schools competition. Very large. There are 6 brushless motors+their corresponding ESCs and 3 brushed. I know I can easily control the brushed motors with switches but as far as powering and controlling everything else does anyone have any recommendations? The thickness of the tether does not concern me. Thank you.
