tether problem

I am using net wire for controlling rov view joystick to connecting relay's coil but it some time connect and some time not

It would be helpful to have more information.

Tether length
Tether voltage
relay coil voltage
minimum relay latch voltage

Is the motor power from a battery in the ROV or from the surface.


Depending on how you have it wired up, you may be seeing low voltage at the relay coil. You can measure it to see if the voltage at the relay that won't close is above the minimum relay latch voltage.

You may also want to check the voltage at your topside switches verify they are working.
