Post by zuzuj »

max dept will be 20m
river is on max 50m in lenght so from 0-20m u need like 25m ,then it go up

i read a lot ,and more i read i'm more confused ,plz help me :))
well like most of ppl that goin in to this
i'm short on $ ,so build will streach to 2-3months
right now i have couple drones and rc airplanes ,,but nothing for water
and rov is one thing i will love (if i can make one)

so in short
can u suggest me some easy to build (on pocket i mean) rov
i like bluerov2 look ,,
and some others but on that price i'm in noooooooooo kinda mood :)
dont know how much will this one cost but i hope to be in 200-300€ range
can go a bit over normaly but i'm short on $
(payin 2 credits and other crap so not much left for hobby.. :( )
oki
can someone suggest what will be best for this kind river use i want to use it ?

for hull i dont know ,love bluerov2 look but prolly cost arm and leg ..so need help with that

motors i think to use 4x brushless 1000kv and hobiking rc car esc that everyone suggest
have 3d printer for make engine mount parts

for cam i have sj4000 and will connect to usb in laptop over cat5
and for light i have big cree torch by spec 1600lm and range in dark over 100m
i tested it is strong...

teether part i can use cat5 for cam and tape some foam on every 1m of it so cable can float
and batery inside of rov (have 3x 5400 lipos from drone)
(foam that is used to wrap el parts that china use when shipping it 2mm tick)

for remote i was thinking like this
viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1592
+ Vellman K8023 10 Channel 2 Wire Remote Control Kit

what else i need ??

thanks

I don't think the Velleman is going to do what you want. I just sends an ON signal from the transmitter to the receiver. I use 2 of them to control 18 relays on my Seafox ROV.
