I have an outdoor webcam with IR LEDs that come on when it's dark, I found the colour to be very purple in daylight as there was no IR cut filter so I added one and disabled the IR LEDs in the camera settings. IR does not work well under water as the water acts as an IR cut filter. So I would disconnect the IR LEDS. Or you can fit an IR cut filter direct on the camera lens. Yes, something like that, but remove it first and check that the ROV can be controlled by the controller.
Then once that works, we will need to make some changes to slave and display codes.
we still have a lot of work to do but I hope we are moving in the right direction one step at a time.
