Re: Arduino gamepad control via USB host shield- no PC requi
Interesting. I suppose a lot of folk use a pc or laptop due to the fact they already have them and they've got good big displays. However maybe using your method you could use a wifi device on the arduino and stream the video and telemetry data. That way any pc can see all the goodies but wouldn't ...

Will do. And thanks for the tip on PS2, I'd prefer to get the Xbox controller working but PS2 would be cool too.TigerShark wrote:We tried this option but had issues with it. Perhaps it was the version of the board. I am now using a PS2 controller which plays nice with Arduino. If you get it to work let me know.

Arduino gamepad control via USB host shield- no PC required-
Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you know in case you're interested, there are lots of options for controlling something using an Arduino hooked directly to a gamepad controller by using the USB host shield. Here's some information and links to some example projects and code: http://arduino.cc/en/...

Re: Rasp Pi as web cam server
Wait... What.... You are typing the code, instead of copy/paste? You may want to find a terminal program, like "putty". And start using that <>< And i wouldn't change it, there is no need. All it does, is put the webcam stream into an iframe I'm sorry, can you help out a Raspinoob (as opp...

I just built my Makibox I was pretty upset about the bask lash and thought I'd brought my self a pile of doo doo.. But I doing something really strange and reading the instructions I've got to tune the X and Y and print head to get rid of the back lash.. Sooo I'll have a go of that later.. I've had...

Re: Mag coupling version 3.0 vid (updated new video 1/25/15)
Ok thanks.. I've had a look at your blog and some interesting stuff there. I've got access to Autodesk inventor so hope to draw my solids up in that. I haven't quite worked out yet how I get from the Inventor part to 3d printer G codes yet. There is very little details on the net where I ordered my...

Re: Mag coupling version 3.0 vid (updated new video 1/25/15)
I've taken the plunge and ordered the bits for my first 3d printer.. I'll use it to print bits to make a bigger one.. Maybe :) Cool, good luck. I wrote a blog when I was first setting mine up. It might help you get through some of the learning curve. Here's the link in case you're interested... htt...
