Re: Pololu Laser Cut End Caps
Hey Joe, I have had a few chats with Rusty... albeit not directly regarding a dome. As of today, they do not currently offer a dome. Unless you are getting an optical quality dome, or you are really worried about hydrodynamics, the flat fronts that are offered with their hull are great. Side note: A...

Very Sharp looking!
Love the 3D printed components!

Status Update! So... I have been so excited to get my BlueRobotics T100's up and running... that I haven't even touched them yet... sad... I know... But I have had some time to tinker with some other stuff. Today I got my Easytransfer Library back up and running, and tested. I wanted to make sure I ...

Hello All, Just thought I would share a small update with you all regarding Pololu. They have a laser cutting service for cutting acrylic / plexi and such and I find it to be a reasonable price. Here are some details at a glance: Laser cutting pricing: Approximately $2.50 per minute of laser cutting...

Just for comparison sake, I have compared Versimold to Sugru to PV...

Re: Non typical ROV design...
Very neat design! I like the concept of the Wal-Mart Container Hull! I can see the advantage, given the orientation in the water... a little leak, and the water will stay low in the compartment! Very clever!
Can't wait to see some of the details!

Really like the gripper!
Very slick design! Do you have any other details on the construction / parts used? (Or have I missed it on here somewhere?)

Re: A PVC pipe ROV
Hey Ron, DON'T GIVE UP!! There is no set rule in how long it takes to "complete' an ROV, and as I am sure many people on the forum can confirm, projects like this are often never fully "complete'! There is always something that can be tweaked or updated! Personally, I have been at it for a...
