On some occasions I still tinker with my ROV, mostly reading here what other people are building. My build project are mostly centred around my house and barns. Anyway I dropped frimata as method of communication. The implementation was not reliable enough on lots of occasions the ESC would not star...

No clue to the exact ESC specs, it seems that most ESC have a similar settings pattern if you connect a programming card. The amount of brake is one of them.

Hi, There is a big difference between props regarding the amount of power they draw in relation to the amount of thrust they generate. Shrouds also can improve the amount of thrust to. Seems to me that most people use the Wet Finger Estimate. Maybe take a look at some of the commercial available ROV...

I vistited Bali during my honeymoon a few year back, better place to be stuck than some of the island around here. Enjoy the diving and ROV building. During my only dive day there to much current to visit manta point :(
