I don't see why this is necessary. You can just send commands from a computer to the one in the water (or above water with many tether lines).

I like it. Although with an on-board battery, you might want to consider a way to easily access it. I would suggest maybe a waterproof toolkit. They sell them at Academy in various sizes. All you would have to do is drill a hole on one side and either epoxy that hole with the wires in it, or make a ...

Laser cut frame. Still waiting for a few more parts to be shipped. Hopefully I'll have it assembled by Wednesday.
