Your Rov looks good. Nice work!!! My only concern is the soda float chambers. Those soda bottles are made of thin plastic and will deform/crush easily at depth. Im sure they will be fine for shallow dives but I would start thinking of a more permanent solution for floatation. Im NOT bashing your rov...

Are you sure your connections inside the shrink wrap are good? Are you sure the camera is rated for 12v. It sounds like either your connections are bad or the camera is fried. From looking at your pics, everything is connected correctly, so it has to be either a bad splice or fried camera from to mu...

Yes those will work just as they are or you can do what most everyone else does and put props on the bilge pump motors. I use bilge pumps just the way they are. You can check out my Rov under the projects section. Look for "My nearly completed/completed rov.
