We're (if you're wondering who "we" are, look on our intro) sopposed to build an rov that can repair a pipe and cap an oil pump. Any suggestions?

Hey, we're new to the site. We're a High School class building an R.O.V. for a school project, and we're split up into 3 teams. We're Team 2, Enviromentally Conservative Operations, or E.C.O. Our R.O.V. must be made of PVC, and I figured we should make an account for fun. Actully, I'm kinda' a Forum...
