If you don't mind me asking... How did you seal the wires coming into the housings?

In regards to the polypropylene rope just feed all the wires through the center of it, but you may still need to add floats. http://www.hobbyrov.com/index.php?optio ... &Itemid=29

Steve I assume that the camera will be right next to all of the motors correct, and are you putting a compass on this one as well?

Just an update to you all just wanted to tell that say that I have acquired the polycarbonate, o-rings, and most importantly the raw aluminum for the pressure housing end caps. Progress may be slow but as they say slow and steady wins the race.

Thanks for all the comments and yes I am still at work on the rov. I have had two failures in the past (Leaking issues) so I am really taking my time with this one making sure that all is a go when I launch the first time.

I am not sure, but I thought that somewhere on the net I read that bluetooth doesn't work under water. I think it was something to the effect that the water scatters the signal too much for reliability, but I might be wrong.

Hey SoakedinVancouver, If I was going down the path of using styrofoam, which I have in the past I used the blue construction foam instead of the white pelletized kind. It's not nearly as fragile.
