It appears that the company put out the Android app but only a beta IOS app with limited time use and never got to putting out a stable IOS app. The apps had a life of around 60 days for testing. I recommend using a raspberry pi with a servo/pwm hat and a ethernet cable as a tether. Reason being you'll need decent bandwidth to steam the video back and you can control it from a laptop.
