I originally was going to use schedule 80 PVC for my hull, but realized there would be a lot of non standard parts i need to affix the dome and have an easily removable end cap with all my hull penetrators. Aside from just buying the assembly from Bluerobotics, i'm curious what options or suggestion...

UTP has a max distance of 100m with Cat 5 cable. I'm curious how everyone is getting their wiring into the hull and staying water right? I'm hesitant to just throw a ton of epoxy at something. Are there affordable water tight fittings?

What is needed to make sure you don't have severe signal attenuation over 200ft of RS485 between two Arduino/Teensy boards?
