Fitting propeller to shaft
I just bought plastic propellers to attach to bilge pumps to make thrusters but I don't have any prop adapters with me. Can anybody suggest how to mount the propeller on the shaft preferably without prop adapters of possible? I don't wanna spend too much. I read somewhere that using epoxy glue to mo...

Thanks but the current being drawn could go upto 5A per thruster and that one can only take 2AOddmar wrote:Google L298N

Frame design selection
Hi. So far I had decided to make a cubical shaped ROV of 1.5ft dimensions but realised that will be too huge. So I want to change my design. The seafox design seems cool so I was thinking of doing something similar to it. Anybody has ideas of which design will be best? I will be using 3 thrusters 2 ...

Motor driver/controller for bilge pump
Hey I was just wondering what driver or controller or ESC would be suitable to control 1100gph Seaflo bilge pumps. I shall be using 55mm propellers attached to the bilge pumps. Any idea about the amperage requirements too?

Ideas for waterproof housing
I have made a PVC pipe ROV in a cubical shape. For the electronics and microcontroller onboard I will need a waterproof housing and for that I was thinking of PVC housing of around 5-6". How do I go about fixing this housing to the PVC frame of the ROV? Also is there any alternative cheaper opt...

Brushed motor selection for PVC pipe ROV
We have designed a PVC pipe ROV as shown in the image with dimensions 1.5ftx1.5ftx1.5ft. The placement of the thrusters are not fixed and we may change it as we go about. We only have a variety of brushed motors available to us and were wondering which RPM brushed motors would be best suitable for t...
