Is there a problem with voltage drop or current being carried by the CAT5 with this set up? Is there a battery for the thrusters on the ROV itself, and the only thing going down the CAT5 is control inputs to the relays?

Man, I sure am busy. If I have time to spend four hours messing with building an ROV, I've got time to get some work done and help people.
