Re: Old Futaba FP-T5NH transmitter suitable?

Thanks Bindo. Question - you have dual thrusters on each side. I am just having one per side for now. My Turnigy 9X has arrived and we are learning to program it. The transmitter is a Mode 2 default (the right stick Up/Down can be left in desired position - it has no 'springback'). We would like to ...

Re: Old Futaba FP-T5NH transmitter suitable?

Thanks Bindo. Very helpful video.

I have ordered a 9X.

I think I'm going to keep the receiver on the surface. What is the 'adapter' required to hard wire from the transmitter to the receiver?

Re: Old Futaba FP-T5NH transmitter suitable?

Thanks Bindo
So with the turnigy controller can you program those things easily? Or is it simply a matter of connecting up the right channels with the desired motors?

Old Futaba FP-T5NH transmitter suitable?

Hello,
I am wondering if an old Futaba transmitter and receover would be suitable for our basic ROV.
It's model FP-T5NH and I can't find much on it. The one I am looking at buying second hand is a 7 channel.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks.

1080p action camera output / tether requirement

Hi, I am just about to start building an ROV with my daughters. We plan on: - Onboard SJ4000 action camera - Converting the micro USB output to an AV cable. - Running the cable up the tether - Portable DVD player / monitor (not a laptop) I was reading on the forum about using baluns and ADCAP softwa...
