Clarity/brightness issues viewing and driving real time

I'm running into some problems trying to drive my ROV by looking at my display screen. I've so far tried a monitor intended for a car/RV, and then switched to an LCD from a laptop. However, when I drive it, I can't see the underwater video clearly enough to know where I am, and all I have is my OSD ...

Re: 700TVL Camera on Old Laptop Monitor

Have you used your ROV underwater yet? I've been struggling to get video from underwater onto a screen that I can see well enough to drive mine. Re: What do you use for Monitors or Video Diplays?

For what it's worth (not sure if you've pulled the trigger on a screen yet or not) I had a setup with that Tview screen inside a case lid. I ran into a lot of trouble trying to use the first person display to drive my ROV, as I couldn't really see the underwater video on that. I ended up not going v...

video capture directly to external hard drive

Hi, I just got my board camera and some video baluns and am trying to set up my video. I have an RCA output for the video feed to a monitor, but I don't want to bring a computer with me when I use the ROV. I do, however, want to capture the video that I record. I've been searching online for the rig...
