maybe two peices of plexiglas for a sheild for my camera, that wayu if one breaks, i still have the other. Also teflon tape to seal screw connections. I am just saying this becuase my camera is not one you could pot. I have to problem solve.

Hello,
I am building my ROV, and think it would be a real hassle to pot my camera/lights. What could happen to a light/camera if their were still air pockets?? In the end, do I really need to pot?

Hi,
I don't now if anyone here has heard about the slocum glider? I think it's the coolest ROV ever! It has wings for stability,and doesn't use a motor for power. It moves along with bouancy changes. You should consider making something along this design!!

I've tried a ton. Ivetryed cutting glass, just a flat plate. Then I even tried an apple sauce plastic container. They didn't work that well. The ball of the vacuum cleaner thing sounds cool tho.
