I asked in an electronic store here at home and they gave me a DC-DC converter 5 Volts, put it between the power supply and cam, this should deliver 'clean' 5V and the Problem is solved. Costs about 15$..

I use 10ea 12V 9 Amp Batteries from home alarm systems, they fit into a 150mm pipe and will be used as well for the ballast.. got then for about 18$ each,..

PVC is for our budgets the best solutionI use 8-13 mm pipes with caps.. 60 Bar approved.. plexi windows with cap shape flanges made from stainless 5mm..
