How deep are you wanting to go it looks like you are thinking a 6" hull
Have you checked the rating of 6" sched 80 pvc
Also look into cast acylic tube can be bought in any length almost any diameter and quite thick

Randy I have tried a few cameras in my rov and find that any camera you pick that will work with your system will be fine After you have your Rov up and running, you can then try to find a camera that would be better after you know what to improve on. I use a similar one (single channel) about 4 years now works great Its a Roxio brand and has a cheesy program as well but can do some splicing and add a title It however only works with its own software would like to find a generic one.
